Menu Plan week of 8/16-8/22


I've been really bad at sticking with plans of late and my menu plans have been no exception.
I REALLY NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK!

MONDAY- Grilled Chicken with tomato tart & brown rice
TUESDAY- Leftovers
WEDNESDAY- Spaghetti and Meatballs with Salad
THURSDAY- Chicken and Rice with Zucchini
FRIDAY- Family Style Chinese Restaurant Outing 
SATURDAY- BBQ at Mom and Dad's house
SUNDAY- Hot Dogs and Potatoes

How do you refocus when you're getting off track?
