I have to admit that yogurt is not my favorite go-to snack, but I'm definitely working on healthier eating and I know yogurt is a great choice. So, I opened up the yogurt and took one bite and thought, "WoW, this is pretty darn good yogurt!" Seriously, I was pleasantly surprised to find the blueberry flavor very natural. It has the perfect amount of sweetness and creaminess for my taste.

I love mixing splenda and peanut butter into plain yogurt, or adding bananas to flavored yogurt!
I try to have yogurt every day with lunch and I like to add a tablespoon of chia seeds for extra protein/fiber/omegas. I love the way it thickens it sorta like tapioca if you let it sit for 10 minutes or so. :-)
