According to a study at Carnegie Melon University, picturing yourself eating food bite by bite reduces your consumption. Why? The visualization can trick your mind into thinking you've already eaten the food and can help curb cravings.
Now that's food for thought!

Hmmm...interesting. Since I'm a mindless eater (who started WW recently to help with that) this might be a good tool to consider!
