I am loving that it's BBQ season again. Easy cooking and little clean up!
Grapes, toasted pine nuts, and crispy bacon or prosciutto with lemon and olive oil dressing.
I love BBQ season, too. You can pretty much grill anything and throw it on top of a salad.
Thanks for all the suggestions. They all make me quite hungry for a salad!
