Menu Plan wk of 5/17-5/23


MONDAY- Ropa Vieja w/ salad
TUESDAY- leftovers
WEDNESDAY- Chicken Parmesan
THURSDAY- Wild Rice & Chicken Casserole
FRIDAY- Leftovers
SATURDAY- Chicken & Vegetable Stew over rice
SUNDAY- Turkey Stroganoff over Egg Noodles with salad

Ok I really have to get a meal plan this is the 2nd blog, I follow who has thier meal plan up today. I will be making a meal plan for sure.

Do you find the plan easy to carry out?

I find that I like having a guide. Often times the menu will get switched around, but it really helps me to see what we have on hand and what we need to round out our meals. I start by looking at proteins that we have on hand and build from there. I also find it helps to look at meals on a calendar so I can plan cook ahead or simple things for nights that are busy and more elaborate things for the nights when I have more afternoon time to prep/cook.
