Wednesday Tip Day- Read those labels carefully! No plumped Chickens!

Foster Farms conducted a survey and found chicken is often plumped with salt water.
That means you could be spending as much as $1.50 extra per package of chicken for salt water.
Read the fine print and avoid any chicken that adds water!
Chicken should have 50-75mg og sodium per 4 oz serving.
If the sodium level is too high soak the chicken in water overnight to draw out the salt.
