The study found that when healthy people ate a meal high in saturated fat and had two cups of coffee their blood sugar increased 65% in response to their next meal. Cheryl Magat at Peet's Coffee recommends that consumers don't buy coffee in bulk. In fact she recommends not buying more than a two week supply. ~Store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
