Well, we never got around to trying the new Sichuan Chicken recipe, so we'll try and get to that this week.
It was the good old standby, Chicken Yassa, on Sunday instead.
MONDAY- Leftovers
TUESDAY- Tamale Pie with green beans and rice
WEDNESDAY- Spaghetti and Sausage with salad
THURSDAY- Leftovers
FRIDAY- Shepherds Pie
SATURDAY- Sichuan Chicken
SUNDAY- Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole with broccoli
