Menu Plan 5/24-5/30


MONDAY- Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and zucchini
TUESDAY- Lasagna with salad
WEDNESDAY- leftovers
THURSDAY- Chicken & Rice Casserole
FRIDAY- Hamburger/Hot Dog BBQ
SATURDAY-  Dinner Out
SUNDAY- Chicken BBQ

What do you add to your salads to liven them up???

How about adding crumbled goat cheese and walnuts or dried cranberries and pecans.

I am loving that it's BBQ season again. Easy cooking and little clean up!

Grapes, toasted pine nuts, and crispy bacon or prosciutto with lemon and olive oil dressing.
I love BBQ season, too. You can pretty much grill anything and throw it on top of a salad.
