Things are crazy and I'm feeling very uninspired in the kitchen.
We are trying to finish up some food in our upright freezer so it can eventually be defrosted, so I'm trying to keep things simple and use it up!
MONDAY- Grilled Chicken w/ Pasta Salad and Greens
TUESDAY- Chicken Cashew Rice
THURSDAY- spaghetti & meatballs w/ salad
FRIDAY- tilapia w/ brown rice salad
SATURDAY- hot dogs and potato salad
SUNDAY- Hubby's cooking something special for Mother's Day!
