- 10 cups diced Italian or French bread
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup strawberry jam
Directions1. Generously coat slow cooker bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Place bread in slow cooker bowl.
3. Remove lid and cook an additional 15 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
